Type of licensing and use of copyrighted works

      In the scientific journal Scientific Progress & Innovations a licensing model is applied that complies with the current Ukrainian copyright and related rights legislation, the principles of academic integrity, and the criteria of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for professional scientific journals of Category B and international practice.
      Authors grant the journal the right of first publication under the terms of the international Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which permits others to share the work with appropriate acknowledgment of the authorship and initial publication in this journal.

      Licensing Policy and Use of Copyrighted Materials

      The scientific journal Scientific Progress & Innovations follows the full open access model (Gold Open Access). All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
      This license permits anyone to: copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format; remix, transform, and build upon the material; use the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given in accordance with the requirements of the CC BY 4.0 license.

      Copyright Policy

      By submitting an article to the editorial office, the author(s) automatically grant the editorial office the right to edit and publish the article on the journal's official website.

      Authors retain full copyright of their works.
      Authors grant the journal Scientific Progress & Innovations a non-exclusive license for the first publication of the article and for its distribution in both print and electronic formats.
      All published materials are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.

      Self-archiving – authors have the right and are encouraged to deposit the published version of the article (the final journal PDF) on personal websites, institutional websites, and in institutional repositories immediately after publication, provided that the original publication in the journal is properly acknowledged.
      Author’s warranties – by submitting an article, the author confirms that the work is original, has not been previously published, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
      In all the above cases, a mandatory condition is the inclusion of a full bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic version published on the official website of the journal Scientific Progress & Innovations.
